This is about the woman at the well,
She heard and just had to go and tell.
She left her water pot as she set out,
As she told all and she had no doubt.
He told her all that she had ever done,
And how with God she could be one.
She had, had many a husband in her day,
But never did a man talk to her this way.
Uncondemned for living with another man,
Jesus shared with her the Masters plan.
Freely the living water she had received,
Freely she gave to all who believed.
I pray to be as the woman at the well,
That I may thirst as she, to go and tell.
What I have received I must also give,
Freely to others that they too may live.
