Love, the ever elusive feeling
Emotions!! Soaring looking for truth.
The goal of the young and knowing
The elixir that will surely soothe.
Help for the old, and the unworthy
Food for the soul it is said
Cast it upon the waters.
Will it return, or raise up the dead?
NOTE!! not for the faint hearted
For pain it is likely to breed
To love you must lay your heart open
Open it surely will bleed.
Yet without it the heart slowly shrivels
Emotions, lay dormant and bare
So love me today and tomorrow
Love me, if only you dare
