WELCOME to my homepage. My name is Michelle Chapman and I grew up in the small town of Napoleon, Michigan. I graduated from Tennessee Technological University in May of 2002 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Child and Family Studies (certified grades PreK-4 and Special Education grades PreK-1). I graduated in August of 2003 with a Master of Arts degree in Instructional Leadership. I recently completed my third year of teaching.

My Philosophy

I am dedicated to the teaching profession because I desire for all children to realize their full potential. I accept teaching as an opportunity to motivate and build confidence in children as learners. I believe that the primary purpose of all teachers should be to encourage children to grow not only mentally, but also physically and emotionally. I aspire to be a teacher who has a positive impact on each child that passes through my classroom.
