A Christmas Revenge

*Diana's Point of View*

"So what are we doing for Christmas?" I asked my friends Jessica, Elizabeth and Niki. "Well, I was thinking, maybe us and the guys could go to the cabin up in the mountains," Jessica replied. "That would be so awesome!" Niki squealed, "Just think, JC and Jessica curled up by the fire, Elizabeth and Lance making hot chocolate in the kitchen, Diana and Justin wrapped up in a blanket looking at the tree, and me, Chris and Joey playing Twister on the floor." Elizabeth looked at Niki, "Why do Lance and I have to make the hot chocolate?" Niki pulled her hood up over her layered brown hair and shrugged, "I don't know, I was just thinking." I shivered and brushed snow off my coat, "Man it's cold out here!" Just then I felt arms go around me, "I'll keep you warm." I shrieked, and Niki, Elizabeth and Jessica burst out laughing. I turned around, and I looked up at my boyfriend, Justin. He smiled at me, "Sorry, did I scare ya?" "Yes!" I exclaimed. He leaned down and kissed me, "Geez, do you have to be so short?" I smiled, "Yup." Jessica interrupted, "Um, so where are the rest of the guys?" "Back at the apartment." Justin replied. "Ok, then lets go, we have some planning to do!" Niki said, starting to walk away. Justin looked confuses, I grabbed his hand and started following Niki. Jessica and Elizabeth followed. When we arrived at the apartment building, I opened the door and some guy dressed all in black ran out, knocking me over. The guy looked at all of us closely with an evil look on his face, then ran off. Justin helped me up, "Are you okay?" "Ya, I guess, I wonder what he was doing." The rest of the guys shrugged and we headed upstairs.

* Jessica’s Point of View *

When we got upstairs we noticed that nothing was missing, but a few things were sort of tossed around a bit.

“ Well guys I am gonna go take a shower.” I said walking to my bedroom, where things were far more tossed around then any place else. “ Oh well I know what I am gonna be doing!” I mumbled to myself thinking of all the cleaning that it would take to get my room back in order.

“ Would you like any company in the shower?” JC asked Grinning. “ Oh! JC! You startled me! Um, not this time , sorry baby! ” I said smiling. “Ok” He said, kissing me gently on the lips. And walking out of my room.

I walked into the bathroom and started the water. I stood up to get the bubble bath from the shelf, and looked in the mirror, and what I seen made me scream. “ What’s wrong?” JC asked through the bathroom door. By this time I was sobbing hysterically, so I opened the bathroom door so he could come in and Elizabeth, Diana, and Niki followed him in. “ Oh My God” was all Elizabeth could say after looking at the mirror. “He’s back” I said, sobbing, “ and after all that time of thinking I got away from him” “Got away from who?” Justin asked with concern. “ Her ex-boyfriend, Brandon” Elizabeth replied solemnly. “Oh, why is he after her, if you don’t mind telling me?” Justin asked. “ Because, He is one of those boyfriends you hear about all the time that are over-protective, and very abusive, He use to beat her up then come back and say it again, don’t get me wrong Jessica tried repeatedly to get away from him but it just got worse.” Elizabeth said, starting to cry herself, and Lance hugged her close to him. “Oh, Jess I’m sorry, baby why didn’t you tell me?” JC said, hugging her close to him.

*Diana's Point of View*

We all waited for Jess to answer JC. Jess gave me a look that said, "Can we be alone please?" I took Justin's hand and said, "Let's leave them alone." Everyone left them, and sat in the living room."Lance, where are Chris and Joey, and why did you let this guy come in and do that?" Justin demanded. Lance looked down, "Well actually, when you called we weren't at the apartment. We were out for lunch and I ran back here to meet you guys. I just walked in the door, minutes before you arrived." "So then that explains how the person got in here without running into you, but where is Chris and Joey?" Elizabeth said, going over to sit in Lance's lap. " They went to a club. They didn't want to come back here yet." Lance replied, brushing a strand of Elizabeth's brown hair off her face. Just then, Jess and JC came out of the bathroom, both of them looked a bit more relaxed. "Don't worry, and we won't let him hurt you again." I said walking over to Jess. Justin came up behind me and put his arms around my waist, "He didn't do anything to you, did he?" Justin whispered in my ear. I hesitated, remembering that night I ran into Brandon, after Jessica got away from him, "N..no, but we should be worrying about Jess right now, not me!"Justin looked at me closely, "Are you sure?""Of course, let's focus on Jessica okay? Please?" I said, giving Justin apleading look. "Okay, but I need to talk to you later, I'm worried about you!" He said, giving me a kiss. I pulled away and went and sat by Niki , who was crying, "What's wrong?"Niki looked up at me, her blue eyes wet, "I'm just remembering the nights when I caught him beating her! It was so horrible!" We all hear the door open, and we saw Chris and Joey walking in brushing snow off their coats, they stopped and gasped when they saw our worried faces.

* Jessica’s Point of View*

“Um, Guys would someone mind explaining to us what happened here?” Joey asked, Chris just nodded his head agreeing, “Please!” “Long story!” Elizabeth and Lance said at the same time. “ Oh ok, well we have time!” Chris said, sitting down on the other couch. “Ok if you say so!” I said , they both nodded so I started to tell them the story. “Ok Here goes” I said. “see we were coming in the door from outside and this guy dressed all in black came running out the door. Well he knocked Diana down. And we didn’t know who it was until we came in and I was about ready to take a shower when I saw a message written on the mirror!”I said. “And then we figured out who it was!” Niki said. “Oh who was it?” Chris asked. “Ok, well I will tell you all the whole story now that we are all here and I will onlyy have to tell you all this once!. Ok well, about three, or so, years ago I met this guy Brandon at school. We hit it off right away and I thought he was the sweetest guy I had ever known.” I said, then looking at JC, ”But that was before I met you.” “so, what happened then?” Justin asked curiously. “Well we started dating, we dated for about two years. After about a year he started getting really possessive, like if a guy would even look at me he would threaten them. I didn't really think anything of it until one night at a club we had gone to I was talking to this bartender while he was in the bathroom. And when he came back he punched the guy. We left the club after that, and once we got in the car he grabbed my arm and told me if I ever so much as looked at another guy besides him again he would make me pay for it.” I said, once again in tears, JC held me on his lap with his arms around me. “Oh Jess I’m sorry” Lance said. “Thanks Lance” I said, and then continued.” Well it just got worse after that. After that he started hitting me even when people were around. He didn’t care who was there. Well he threatened to kill me on several occasions. Well he had to go out of town with some of his friends for the weekend. So I got Elizabeth, Niki, and Diana to help me get my stuff and leave.” “Yeah then we got as far away from there as possible!” Niki added. “Yeah!! And Now here we are! With you guys!!” I finished. “well I for one am glad you are here!” JC said kissing me deeply. “Me too!” Justin said kissing Diana. “So am I!” Lance said as he kissed Elizabeth. “Ok lets move on from this subject shall we?” Justin said, and everyone agreed, “So what planning where you talking about before Niki?”

* Diana's Point of View *

Niki looked lost for a second, then she remembered, "Oh ya! We were planning ongoing up to the cabin for Christmas! What do you guys think?" "That would be great!" JC said, "Then we can get rid of this creep, and keepmJessica safe!" Jess smiled. " Well, we better get packing, Christmas is in a week!" Justin said, jumping up. All the guys left to their apartment (upstairs) to pack. The rest of us girls went to our rooms. While I was packing, I turned on the BSB Millennium CD.I heard my door open, and a person said, "So, are you turning your backs on us?"I turned around, startled, "Huh?" "You're listening to BSB, do you like them better than us? Are you secretly in love with Nick?" Justin said. "Oh, sweetie, no! My *N Sync CD is in the car! Besides, I wanted to listen to something different." I replied. "Oh...okay." he paused, "So, did this Brandon guy do something to you? I'm really worried!"I turned my back to Justin, "Well, after we moved here, I went back for a weekend to see my family. One night, I..I ran into him, he screamed at me, asking where Jess was. When I wouldn't answer, he..he beat me up, and he cut me with a knife! It was horrible! I wore a lot of makeup, so Jess wouldn'tknow that I ran into him."Justin gasped, he came up to me and hugged me, "Don't worry, it's okay. You're with me now, right?"I smiled, "Right."Justin left to go finish something. I started packing again. I heard my phone ring and I picked it up, "Hello?" "Diana?" I heard a gruff voice say."Yes?" I said. "I know where you and Jess are, I'm coming soon!" the voice said."Who are you?!" I said, walking into the living room. I dropped me phone when I saw Justin in the living room with a cell phone up to his ear, he was talking into it really low."How could you?!" I screamed, and I ran out the apartment, ignoring the calls from Justin tellig me to come back.

*~* Jessica's Point Of View *~*

I was walking out of my room when I heard Diana scream at Justin in the living room, I ran into Niki on my way to the living room and she was as confused as me. “I wonder what happened” Niki said. “ I have no clue but I am gonna go find Diana” I said walking out the door of the apartment. I didn’t have to look very hard, due to the fact that Diana was sitting on the top step with her head in her arms crying. “Diana” I said softly,” What’s wrong girl?” “Its Justin.” She said, trying to hold back a sob,” I was talking to him about Brandon.When he left the room a few minutes later I got a phone call, and it was from some guy saying he knew where you and me were. I walked out into the living room and I caught Justin on his cell phone talking deeply and softly. “ “Diana, do you really think Justin would do that?” I asked hoping I was right. “I don’t know Jess I guess maybe I over reacted. But it just scared me that’s all.” She replied. “Yeah.” I agreed,” Lets go back in and talk to Justin ok?” “Ok “ Said getting up, I stood up and followed her inside our apartment and into the living room. “ Guys I think we need to have another talk.” I said sitting down on JC’s lap,who was sitting on the couch. “ Ok what about this time?” Niki asked from her position on the floor between Chris and Joey. “ Hold on I don’t exactly know how to answer that!” I said shrugging my shoulders. “ Justin, who were you on he phone to when I came into the living room a few minutes ago?” Diana asked sitting down in the chair next to the couch. “ I was talking to Lou about us going to the cabin for Christmas. Baby I’m sorry I scared you I didn’t mean to I was talking softly because Lou had a headache. If you don’t believe me ask Lance because he was the one that called Lou, and Lou asked to talk to me.” Justin said looking at Diana with sad blue eyes. “ I believe you sweetie!” Diana said getting up and sitting on Justin’s lap. "Good!!" Justin said sighing with relief. " So when exactly are we leaving?" "In the morning!" Elizabeth said. "Which means we have to be ready to go by 7 a.m!, and me and Niki, and Diana,and Elizabeth have to go to the store." I said, kissing JC softly then standing up "so do you guys want to go now?" " Sure let me get my purse" Niki said. " Your not going anywhere without me around!" JC said standing up and putting his arms around my waist and kissing my neck. " Ok if you say so BigDaddy!" I said grabbing our jackets from the closet by the door, and handing JC his I put mine on and grabbed the keys to his jeep Cherokee and tossed them to him. Then me, JC, Elizabeth, Lance, who had decided to come along just in case, Niki And Diana all went out and got into the car. With me in the passenger seat and JC Driving. And Elizabeth and Lance in the very back and Niki and Diana in the middle seats. We drove for about 15 minutes until we got to the grocery store. We parked and walked inside.

* 1 hour later*

*Diana's Point of View*

When we got back to the apartment, Justin was sitting at the front door. Whenhe saw us, he ran up to the Jeep.He pulled me out and hugged me, "Are you alright?""Ugh, I can't breathe! Of course I'm alright, look at all the stuff we got!" Isaid smiling. Justin let me go, and then we all helped bring in the stuff. I noticed Niki wasfollowing Chris around and giggling at everything he said. I pulled Justin aside, "Hey, look at Niki, I think she likes Chris!"Justin looked over at Niki, who was practically hanging off Chris, "I thinkyou're right!Aw, they are so cute together!"I pretended to be insulted, "And we're not?!"Justin laughed, "No, we are not cute together, we are perfect for each other!"I smiled and kissed Justin, "C'mon, let's go in, it's cold!"Justin wrapped his arms around me and led me inside. The guys left to go finish packing and Jess, Niki, Elizabeth and I helped each other finish. When we were done, we (including the boys) brought our stuff down to Justin's Benz. Then we all went back in and started getting ready for bed. JC was spending the night with Jess, to make her feel safe. Elizabeth and Niki went up to the guy's apartment to stay with them. Justin and I were sitting in the living room, staring off into space. Suddenly, I heard myself say, "I'm so scared! "Justin didn't say anything, he got up and walked over to me, looking at me intently with his eyes. He sat and held me in his arms, "I'm so sorry I scared you earlier!" Justin said, kissing my forehead. I kissed him back, we both sort of dozed off, until we heard Jess scream from her room.

*~* Jessica's Point Of View *~*

I had been having a nightmare when I felt someone shaking me by the shoulders, I screamed thinking it was Brandon. “ Jess, baby wake up your having a bad dream” JC said trying to calm me down. “ JC?” I cried waking up all the way “ Yes baby its me I’m right here” he said wrapping his arms around me and holding me tightly. “Whats wrong?” Diana asked, opening my door. “ She just had a nightmare, but she is ok now” JC said kissing the top of my head “Oh, ok well in that case I am going to go back to sleep! I hope your ok Jess! G’ Night!” Niki said walking back into her room sleepily. “ Good Night you guys! No more nightmares ok!” Justin said smiling at me “ Trust me I hope not! Well good night you two! See you in the morning” I said laying back down. “Ok good night” Diana said walking hand in hand with Justin out of the room. JC got up to shut out the lights and go to his room. “No! JC don’t leave me! Stay here tonight please?” I cried. “Ok baby” he said lying down beside me. “ Goodnight baby, I will be right here if you need me!” “Goodnight, and thank you! I love you” I said snuggleing up against him. “I love you, too baby.” He said kissing me gently.

*~* Diana's Point Of View *~*

The next morning, Justin and me were the last ones up. We were both cramped from sleeping on the couch. I don't understand why I didn't think of sleeping in my own bed. We all quickly showered and dressed. By the time we were done, it was 6:30 a.m. We headed downstairs to the car. We all gasped when we got to Justin's car. The tires had been slashed and all out stuff was scattered on the ground. The windshield read, "You're next!" Jessica screamed, "It's him!" JC quickly hugged Jess and pulled her inside, while everyone stood looking at the car in horror. While everyone frantically tried to clean up the mess, I stood there with my mouth open, not believing what had happened. Niki came up to me when they were done, "Are you okay?" I nodded and slumped to the ground. Justin ran over to me, "Let's get out of here as soon as possible. Chris, go get Jess and JC." Chris ran off with Niki following him. Joey got into the front seat of the car, and Lance and Elizabeth got into the middle seat. Justin helped me up out of the snow and we walked over to the car, we got in and huddled up in the backseat. Finally Niki, Chris, JC, and Jess came out. JC and Jess shared the passenger seat, and Chris and Niki squished in the backseat with us. "Well," Joey said, starting the car, "We're off! Let's hope we get away from this creep."I looked over at Niki who had a huge smile on her face because she was sitting so close to Chris. I leaned over to Justin, "Aren't you angry that he did that to your car?" Justin put his arm around me and hugged me, "No, I'm more angry that he's after Jessica and you!" I looked at JC and Jess, who were whispering to each other. I wondered what they were talking about.

*~* Jessica's Point of View *~*

JC and I were quietly whispering to each other on our way to the cabin. “ JC I just wish he would go away! That’s all I want!” I said “ I know sweetie, I know I wish he would too! Every thing was peaceful up until he came around again. Speaking of which do you know why he did come back or did he just find you?” He said “ He just now found us” I told him “Oh” he said “What are you two lovebirds whispering about up there?” Chris asked from the backseat. “Nothing!” JC and I replied at the same time, which cracked everybody up! “Uh Huh Sure! That’s what they all say!” Niki said “ No really it was nothing!” I said smiling “Ok whatever! So how much longer until we get to the cabin?” Elizabeth replied “ Um, if I remember right it should be about 3 or 4 more hours, give or take a little bit” Niki said “Oh, Ok! Hey! I have an idea let’s listen to some music!” Elizabeth said handing me her N*SYNC Christmas CD which I gladly put into the CD player. “What song?” I asked. “ Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays!” Diana said from the backseat. “Okie-dokie!” I said as Merry Christmas, Happy Holiday started playing.

*2 hours later*

Diana's Point Of View

Joey pulled into the parking lot, and we all piled out of the car. I felt really embarrassed when we all walked in looking terrible from sitting in a car so long. After we ordered our meals, we sat down at a table in the back corner. "So, who's driving next?" Joey said, stretching his arms, "I'm tired of it!" Chris took a bite of his Egg McMuffin, "Mmmph Mpphh!” "What?!" we all said, laughing at Chris. Chris swallowed, "I said, I will." Niki smiled, "I get the passenger seat!" "We get the middle seat this time." Justin said, looking at Lance. "And JC, me, Elizabeth, and Lance get the backseat." Jess said, taking a drink of her orange juice." Then that means I get to share the seat with Niki!" Joey said, putting his arm around Niki. Niki gave a small smile, then scooted her chair closer to Chris. Joey looked hurt, but quickly recovered, "Hey Lance? Are you going to finish that?" he asked, pointing at Lance's hashbrowns. "No, here have them." Lance said, pushing the package towards Joey. Joey snatched them up, and started eating them really fast. "Eww, Joey! You are such a pig!" Elizabeth exclaimed. Joey laughed, showing a mouthful of food. I slapped Joey on the back of his head, "Stop acting like a kid!" He stood up, and then he picked me up and carried me outside. Justin ran after us, telling Joey to put me down. Joey did what Justin told him and dropped me, right into a snowbank. I screamed because it was so cold. Justin got a snowball, threw it at Joey, ran to me and yelled, "That's what you get for taking my girl away from me!" He quickly picked me up and carried me inside. The rest of the guys were standing at the door laughing. After Joey came in, and everyone finished eating, we all piled into the car and drove off. One hour later, Niki exclaimed, "We're here! There's the cabin!"

Jessica's Point Of View

“We’re here! There’s the cabin!” Niki exclaimed as we all caught sight of the cabin she was excitedly pointing to. “Finally!” Elizabeth and Lance said. ‘Finally maybe I will be somewhere where Brandon can’t find me, maybe just maybe he won’t find me’ I thought to myself. I was so deep in thought I didn’t realize that everyone else besides JC had already gotten out of the car. And I was left staring of into space in my own little world. JC was waving his hand in front of my face trying to get my attention; finally he gave up on waving his hand in front of my face and just leaned over and kissed me gently on the lips. “Mmm” I said kissing him back, and wrapping my arms around his neck and deepening the kiss. We continued our little make out session for a few minutes before Chris said,” Get a room you two!” JC and I both blushed, and got out of the car. “Well let’s get our bags and get inside, it’s freezing out here!” Niki said walking to the trunk of the car and opening it. “I agree!” Elizabeth said, as Lance wrapped his arms around her from behind. So we got our bags and walked to the door, and waited for Niki to unlock it before we entered the cabin. “I am gonna go light a fire” Niki said walking into the living room. “I’ll come with you” Chris said.

Diana's Point Of View

When Niki and Chris walked inside, they both gasped. Niki ran outside, "You guys! Come quick! It'sbeautiful in here! "Me and Justin were looking around the outside of the cabin, when we heard Niki yell we ran inside. We were the last one's there. " Wow! My uncle must have come and decorated it before we came!!" I exclaimed, looking around at all the lights, the huge Christmas Tree in the corner, and the tiny village on a table. Justin tapped me on the shoulder, when I looked at him, he pointed up. I looked up and saw some mistletoe. Justin leaned down and kissed me before I could say anything. I smiled at him, "C'mon, let's go get the rest of ourstuff and settle in." Justin linked his arm around mine, and we walked outside. Everyone followed except for Chris and Niki. I looked back at them, I saw Nikki stop Chris under the mistletoe, Niki gave Chris a small kiss and ranoutside to join us. Chris stood there looking stunned.

*One hour Later*
