Mirrors
Mirrors of time can give you a glance
Of things to wish for and things left to chance
Shattered bits of loneliness are just part of the scheme
And pieces to the puzzle fit only in your dreams
Mirrors of love can always guide your way
Through the darkened nights and your cloudy days
Devotion and abandon are just a little of what you feel
And logic seems to disappear, but desire never will
Mirrors of life, you know, can be seen everywhere
In everything you do alone, and all the things you share
When life seems hopeless, and dreams drift away
Your reflection on the wall will continue to remain.
