 If any registration data is incorrect, Archmage retains the right to terminate user’s account, and right to use the service.   
 User agrees not to resale or make any commercial use of the product. Furthermore, user agrees not to make use of any icons, graphics, information, or data from Archmage without the prior written consent from Archmage, except banners.  
User agrees to indemnify Archmage against liability for any and all use of user’s account.  The game allows user to send messages to other player or post messages on bulletin board; therefore, user’s conduct is subject to Internet regulations, policies, and procedures. User will not use the service to send chain letters, junk mail, spamming, or distribution lists to any user who has not given the permission to be included in such a process.  
User agrees not to transmits in the game any unlawful, harassing, abusive, threatening, harmful, objectionable material of any kind or nature. User further agrees not to transmit any materials that violates any applicable local, state, national, or intern ational law or regulation.
