Sinus Survival

review by Ask a Healer

Suggested Remedies:
Natural Allergy Relief

Sinus Survival has some pretty impressive reviews on amazon. I'd suggest going over and reading those if you suffer from chronic sinusitis. The topics covered in Sinus Survival include how to choose OTC drugs. Apparently there are some you should avoid, which might actually make your symptoms worse.

There is also information in this guide that covers how to get your sinuses to drain better, which would be valuable with the pressure and pain of congested sinuses. Again, the reviews on this are great so I am assuming people get good results with the suggested exercises for sinus drainage as well.

What I feel may be the most important section in the guide is the inclusion of dietary changes and lifestyle changes that may be helpful. In almost any chronic condition I can think of, diet, exercise and a healthy lifestyle play some strong part in recovery so I'm glad they address nutrition and probably some habits that need to change for properly functioning sinuses.
