How many people were sick as hell of seeing Carlos Santana? I know I was. I was on the phone with one of my friends and the only thing she could do was scream at the tv and tell Santana to get his butt off the stage. The only award I am the song "Smooth" won is song of the year, because Rob Thomas got that award. Yay!! Anywho, on to what I know you are here for.
BsB: Great outfits for the most part. Nick cut his hair. He looks 20 billion times better, but I still hate him. Kevin needs to cut his hair. It looked like mine does in the morning. I know his hair has always been long and shaggy, but he totally took it to a new level on the Grammys. Brian looked the best. They were the only act to perform 2 times on the show, so ya gotta love that! I was sad they didn't win an award, but I think I might live. The first performance was really good. Especially since they sang "I'll Make Love to You". Gotta love that. Then they came back later and sang "Philidelphia Freedom" with Elton John. That was great!!!
*N SYNC:They presented an award. I forget what though. They looked pretty good, I guess. Justin looked like he stuck his hand in an electrical socket. Joey needs to do something with that facial hair. He looks like a bear. I swear I think JC is on crack. I don't think they won an award. They might have won on country colaboration, but I doubt it. They said that they won best polka album. I was pulling for them on that one!
Britney Spears: GAG ME!!! I swear, I hate her a little more every time i see her. She makes me sick. I am so glad it quit raining at the Grammys. That white outfit would have been really see through. Her performance sucked. She sang "From the Bottom of My Broken Heart". She did really bad, and she ripped that dress off of the Shania Twain video "You've Got A Way". Then she sang part of "...Baby One More Time". I can't get away from that damn song!!! She didn't even sing it, really. She did a really bad job of lip syncing it. WHY BOTHER?!?
FINALLY BSB ACTUALLY SANG ACAPPELLA!!!!!!!! THANK YOU LORD! Ok you're wondering why,huh? Well maybe because people are always like "They can't sing they lip-sync!" Now everyone can kiss my ass coz they proved them wrong!!!! I missed part of their performance w/ Elton John because I was flipping back from Law & Order to the Grammy's so I don't know how they did on that *shrugs shoulders* BRITNEY SPEARS: OH MY EVER-LOVIN' LORD!!!!! CAN WE SAY: BAD!!!!!! She did alright on "From The Bottom Of My Broken Heart" but she went flat on a lot of the notes. On "Baby One More Time".....WHO ELSE COULD TELL SHE WAS LIP-SYNCING????
Yes a lot of the fans are like...."no she wasn't!" Ok if she wasn't then why at one part did she stop singing and her voice was still coming through the speakers????? HMMMM???? Yep that's what I thought! Oh yes and DON'T LET HER EVER DANCE BY HERSELF!!!!! What was up with that dance where she got down on one knee and tired to dance like and Egyptian with one hand on her forhead?????? WHATEVER!!!!!
THE AWARDS: "Tell me why ain't nothing but a heartache, tell me why Carlos Santana shouldn't have all those things!" HELLO FLIPPIN' FUZZY!!!!!! Carlos Santana shouldn't have one all those awards...yes some he should have but not EVERY SINGLE ONE! HE DOES NOT SING!!!! Ok he should have one that one because of Rob Thomas. BUT HE'S BEEN AROUND FOR 8 YEARS OR SOMETHING.....why is he winning everything now??? IS IT BECAUSE PEOPLE FEEL SORRY COZ HE DIDN'T WIN ANYTHING WAY BACK WIN OR WHAT?????? Oh well! YAY! CHRISTINA AGUELLRIA (SP) WON BEST NEW ARTIST!!!!! She beat out the little whore! YIPPY SKIPPY! And the best part is that she didn't even expect to win it...she is so humble! I'm sure Ms. Whore was back there cussing her out under her breath because she thought she would win....KISS MY ASS ONE MORE TIME! Couldn't help it! Well for the few seconds I saw N*SYNC I thought they did an excellent job presenting that award! BUT.....what was up with Justin's hair??? Well anywho! That's about it for me! Take care!
