Reno: Hey Prez, what's with the somber get-up? I don't think black suits are really your style.
Rufus: *sighs* Reno, haven't you been paying attention? Athena's personal computer crashed and she may have lost all of her stories. Including the one about me.
Reno: Oh...
Elena: That's really horrible. I feel so bad for her...
Rude: .....
Tseng: I wonder if it'll get fixed?
Reno: Geez! The mood in this room is suffocating!
Rufus: Shut up, Reno.
Elena: Hey, where is Jen?
Rufus: *shrugs* I don't know. I haven't seen her since Cid took her for a ride in the Highwind.
Elena: Do you think she's coming back?
Reno: Of course she is! No one can stand being away from me for too long.
A chorus of snorts travels the room and the sound of shuffling feet can be heard.
Reno: Hey! Where are you all going?!
The room is immersed in utter silence and the only sounds that can be heard is the occasional clearing of someone's throat.
Reno: This is really boring! No one is going to read about us anymore if we don't liven things up! I know! Let's play "We're going on a picnic." I'm taking an...*sigh* this sucks. I can't even think of anything to take. I'm going to go get drunk. Anyone wanna come?
Jen: *suddenly bursts in the door* Hello! I had the...huh...what's going on?
Rufus: Athena's personal computer crashed.
Jen: *plops down on the floor and sits Indian-style* Oh...that's horrible.
Reno: Tell me about it! These guys are as much fun to hang around as a bunch of rocks!
Jen: Reno, you are so insensitive.
Reno: No way! I am the most sensitive guy in this room!
Rufus: *snorts* I think someone has too high of an opinion of themselves.
Reno: I'm leaving. I'm getting drunk and you all are welcome to follow me.
One by one, bodies file out of the room until only Jen and Rufus are left.
Rufus: I'm not much of a drinker, how about you?
Jen: I'm not old enough to drink.
Sephiroth: Hey, where's the party? Did I miss something?
Rufus: *big sigh, as he is tired of explaining this* Athena's personal computer crashed.
Sephiroth: Oh. That sucks. I think I'll go comfort her.
Rufus: *eyebrows raised at Jen* Hmmm..Sephiroth having a heart? He's the only one that seems to care about Athena besides us.
Jen: *shrugs* Who knew? Anyway, I guess we can go with him. There isn't a whole lot to do here.
Rufus: Okay, let's go.
Sephiroth: Huh? Where'd everyone go? I was going to tell Rufus and Jen that I couldn't find Athena.
Sephiroth shrugs and settles down into a chair. Jen has left behind many goodies from her trip with Cid and Seph figures he won't get hungry or bored anytime soon
