GLORY TO GLORY
Sinful, stained and shattered was I.
A morbid 'semblence of one to come.
Forsaken and shunned by the religious and right.
Lest my filth blemish their lives at all.
A failure - doomed to defeat.
Born to ruin - destined to poverty.
Proclaimed by all - useless - a pitiful shame.
I, myself, saw no future - no hope - no change.
God, above, saw from Glory to Glory.
Holy and righteous - healed and set free.
A stranger to the one before.
Accepted and cherished by God's family.
His radiance within me desired by others.
Success and popularity - mine.
Living in God - destined to rejoice.
Proclaimed by all - special - anointed blessing.
I, myself, see no past - only hope, constant change.
God, above, sees from Glory to Glory.
Ahead is a life with Christ in person - heaven.
A saint robed in white with a crown of life.
Welcomed by the Father - Loved by the Son -
Empowered by the Spirit.
Life everlasting - with God - 3 in 1.
A peculiar treasure - His jewel - His child.
I, myself, strive to attain this mark.
God, above, sees from Glory to Glory.
From Glory to Glory - I change and I turn.
A stranger from the life behind - a shadow of the
life ahead.
With maturing - I ever learn.
Daily renewed - daily reborn.
By His Spirit - a new creation each day.
From Glory to Glory - the Potter is refining my clay!
