Cancellations : Please give 48 hours notice for regular visit cancellations and 7 days notice for Holiday Cancellations . If you fail to cancel and I make the scheduled visit to your home - you will be charged the full amount for the visit. * Please note that our sitting appointments are not scheduled "tentatively". They are considered to be confirmed unless we hear otherwise from the client .
Refunds:
- Cancellation with a full 48 hours notice prior to any regular service , you will receive a full refund
- Cancellation with less than 48 hours notice prior to any regular service --- 20% of service is due -
( equals an 80 % refund )
- Cancellation with a full 7 days notice prior to Holiday service , you will receive a full refund
- With cancellation of less than 7 days notice prior to Holiday service : 20% of service total is due ( equals an 80% refund )
There will be a $20 handling charge, in addition to any charges presented by the bank, for checks returned for any reason.
