THE CHAPEL--CAPACITY 100 PEOPLE
The Hickory Creek Wedding Chapel is a romantic setting, with a church atmosphere, which will seat up to 100 people in a beautifully decorated sanctuary with candlelabras and floral arrangements. Reception Hall (already decorated is also available on the basement floor.) You MUST have your license before ceremony can be performed. Your ceremony can be formal, semi-formal or casual. Appointments are necessary for the ceremony.

Location---
Hickory Creek Wedding Chapel is located at #32 Wedding Chapel Lane off of South Chancery Street across from Hickory Hills Estates near the junction of Hwy. 55 By Pass near the new High School in McMinnville, Tennessee.
Take exit 111 off of I-24 in Manchester, Tennessee go about 18 miles take
the McMinnville Business exit (bear to the right). Go to stop sign, procede
through stop sign, turn right at red light, go .05 of a mile, Chapel
is on the left. From Sparta or Smithville, take the Manchester Highway
(S. Chancery Street) through town, pass McMinnville Cablevision office, on left, then the Chapel is on the right. Green fence in front with bows on it.

Your Ceremony
We provide a licensed officiant (on staff) and their gratuity, or you may arrange for your own minister to come. We provide pre-recorded wedding music for your guests and the ceremony and have an electric piano/organ available for your use. You may bring your own tape (and person to play it) or vocalist.

Wedding Photos and Videos

We provide (with our packages)35mm 4" x 6" standard photos--and an album that fits your package size. We also will record your service and or your reception on VHS tape, filmed by one of our staff members, (additional charge if not including in your package), $75.00 for wedding -- $100.00 for both.

Flowers
The Chapel is permanently decorated with silk flowers for the ceremony. Our packages include silk flower bouquets, corsages and mens bouts. If you want live bouquets, you must furnish them. There is no deductions for flower substitutes as it comes with the packages.

Limousine Service
Chauffer driven Limousine Service is available and is Tennessee Licensed and Insured.

Tennessee Marriage Laws
Marriage License may be obtained at any county court house within the state, and they are valid for 30 days from the date of issue and must be presented on the day of the wedding .

Reception Hall
Our Wedding Chapels Reception Hall is permantely decorated as well.We furnish a microwave, coffee pot,punch bowl, food serving tables, tables and chairs set up plus extra seating chairs for your guests, a refrigerator and tablecovers. You can purchase all your reception items and tableware, if you desire, from our retail store (Party & Novelty Store in Plaza Shopping Center).
If you provide your own caterting and rent reception hall, you will be responsible for leaving the hall clean and tablecovers free from damage and stain.
No hard liquor or excessive loud music is allowed in the Reception Hall. Wine, beer or champagne are allowed (in moderation only).

Costs---Payments and Regulations:
A deposit of 1/2 of package price is required at the time of scheduling your wedding or reception. The balance is due 15 days prior to the wedding or reception date. If balance is not paid by that date the ceremony will be cancelled. Any money paid will be refunded except for $50.00 (cancelation fee for wedding and if food package has been reserved there is also a $50.00 cancelation fee for that.) If wedding is cancelled less than 14 days before you will be charged 10% of total cost of the package you choose on top of the $50.00 cancellation fee. (No money will be refunded for cancellations on special holidays when we are the busiest.) If service is cancelled within 48 hours or less, don’t show up for service, no refund will be issued. Unscheduled weddings (upon availability) must be paid in full prior the ceremony in cash or credit card only.
We do not except out of state checks and out of area checks are accepted for full payment 30 days prior to wedding date. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discovery credit cards. In the event your check is returned, there will be a $25.00 fee plus any additional cost for collection if you fail to pick up the check.
There are time limits on services. There may be several weddings scheduled the same day.
***PHOTOS*** We do not allow professional photographers or videographers as we have both on staff.
REHERSALS ARE NOT part of your scheduled ceremony. You, your groom, family members and attendants, will be given instructions on what to do and when to do it when you get there that day. You will need to be at the Chapel 30 to 45 minutes before ceremony (depending on size of your package ) for these instructions. EVERYONE in wedding party, except the BRIDE. MUST come already dressed for the service. This time will allow allow Bride to slip into her dress and be ready in time and receive instructions.
We ask that the men come dressed as well and the Groom will go to his dressing room for his final touch ups also. This is to keep things on schedule for the Chapel.
We ask that you pick the appropriate package that fits ALL your needs adequately.
Catering for Receptions, through the Chapel, is available for additional fees, for packages #2 thru #6. Price sheet available upon request.
Prices are subject to change without notice unless wedding is already booked.
Outside caterers must furnish everything for your reception except the tableskirts. With our food packages you still need to furnish plates, cups, napkins, cutlery, etc. except with Package #7.

#7---Cinderella’s Dream Wedding---

Cinderellas coach (A beautiful white 100" stretch limousine) will pick up the Bride and up to 5 other people at her home, within 1 hour of Warren County, (other areas can be discussed )for transportation to the Hickory Creek Wedding Chapel. This package includes up to 100 printed invitations.A silk bridal cascade, up to 4 attendants, matching nosegays, throw away bouquet, silk corsages for the mothers and grandmothers, silk boutonnieresfor the men in the family and wedding party. 2 garters, large unity candle, a flowergirl basket w/petals, a ring bearer pillow, personalized toasting glasses and a cake server and knife set, A lovely basket filled with birdseed and/or Wedding Bubbles, A guest book and pen, photo album of 108---4x6 prints, mothers album of the same the bride gets and avideo w/cover, of the Wedding & Reception.
Up to 100 of your guests will join in celebrating your nuptials with a lovely reception in our beautifully decorated Reception Hall. A 3 tier Wedding cake with topper and a Grooms cake, finger sandwiches, nuts, mints and a variety of appetizers will await your guests. Reception will be complete with seating tables and chairs, serving tables, serving dishes, tablecovers with a lace overlay, clear plastic scrollware plates, clear plastic cups and cutlery and your personalized printed beverage napkins. The Bridal couple will leave the Chapel in Cinderellas coach for a ride around town and brought back to the Hickory Creek honeymoon cottage for the night and have a choice of 2 nights or take the other night at another time upon availabilty, or be taken within a 50 mile radius of McMinnville to their honeymoon destination and dropped off. ---Reception Hall---
If your package does not include the Reception Hall it can be rented for $80.00 (use of up to 1-1/2 hrs.)You are responsible for the cleaning of it afterwards. Food packages prices and serving are available upon request.

---Honeymoon Cottage---
Now available----The Hickory Creek Wedding Chapels--Honeymoon Cottage. A private house, nestled by the woods-- includes, living room w/couch, love seat, chair, entertainment center with color TV, VCR--dining room w/table & 4 chairs, kitchen with--microwave, toaster oven, blender, refrigerator, coffee pot--bedroom with mirror/lighted wall unit and queen size bed, large bathroom and off of outside bathroom door a deck with enclosed gazebo-sliding windows and doors that has a hot tub inside. Reservations necessary. Rent $100 per night (includes city, state and hotel taxes.)each additional night $85.00. Rental includes snack foods, cold drinks and coffee or tea. The use of the honeymoon cottage comes with our Cinderella Package. Great get away cottage for the honeymooners, anniversaries, or to take your spouse away for a private night alone.(There are no phones in cottage.
