Chapter Twenty Four....

Chapter Twenty Four

"That was so much fun! I miss being able to do that. Not that I don't like doing stuff with the Hanson's, but it's just more, um, exiting here." Megan said that night in Emily's bedroom.

"Yeah, I know. And after camp, when you go back to Jenks, and I come back here, I'm gonna' miss you and the Hanson's." Emily said sadly.

"Let's not talk about this, K? I'm gonna' go chech my email and see if anyone is online." Megan said, changing the subject.

Hey Babe. I miss you, and can't wait till I get to come and meet all your friends. So, what cool stuff is there to do down there? I hope it more exiting than it is here. I can't wait till Space Camp. Ike and Tay are phyced about it too...along with Shelly. Ike and Shelly are getting alond pretty well too....now if only Tay would hook up with somebody. He's kinda got it for Emily, but he said he wasn't so sure about hooking up with her since she only came here for a visit. Oh well, thats not my problem. Well, I gotta' go, Ike is challenging me to a belching contest, and you know I can't pass that up! Talk later.

-Zac

Megan decided to write him a message back.

Hey Zac. Glad to know things are going pretty good back in Tulsa. I can't wait till you come and meet everyone! We had a blast at the mall today, just acting stupid really. We saw Austin Powers, yeah! Oh well....I'm sure that doesn't really intrest you. So, Ike and Shelly are hitting it off well? I figured they would. Tell everyone I said hi, and I can't wait to see them.

-Megan-

Megan decided to log off, and go to bed, so she would be nice and, um, hyper in the morning. And that she was! When she woke up the next morning, she got a quick shower, and got ready, and went down for breakfast. She had too many Froot Loops, because she was off the walls.

"Megan, honey, why don't you take a little bike ride or something to get rid of some of that energy."Emily's mom suggested, starting to get annoyed by her loudness.

"Ok! I'llz be backed!" Megan said, running outside, grabbing Emily's bike, and speeding off. Mhhhm, where should I go? Megan asked herself. I know, I'll go to Roberts house. she told herself.

"Hi, is Robert home?" Megan asked when the door opened.

"Yes, sweetie, hold on." his mom replied, leaving to go get him, in a gloomy manner.

"Whuh?" Robert said to Megan when he came to the door.

"Hey, how have you been?" Megan asked, calmed down somewhat.

"Why do you care you backstabbing dog?!?"

"Robert! I never meant to hurt you...I just moved on. It just wasn't working long distance.."Megan said, starting to cry.

"It wasn't working?!? It seemed to be until you met that little fag Zac."

"He's not a fag Robert. You don't even know him. Please don't do this."

"Whatever."

"God Robert...don't even tell me you haven't moved on. I'm sure there was someone you've liked since I was gone."

"Yeah..sure Megan...but you know what, I didn't forget about you!" he yelled in her face, and slamed the door.
