Chapter Twenty-Three....

Addy and I didn’t wake up until late the next day. We decided to go shopping and to a movie. We were at the movies, trying to decide on a movie to see.

“How about Scream 2?” Addy suggested.

“I’d love to but I promised I’d see it with Tay.” I said “ How about I know what you did last summer?”

“Uh-huh” Addy agreed. We went and got our tickets, and went shopping because we had half an hour before the movie. We went into this really expensive little boutique full of gorgeous things, that we couldn’t afford.

“Chloe`! Addy!” We heard someone say. We turned around and there was Rikki and Taylor.

“What are you guys doing here?” I asked.

“We just went to the movies” Rikki said.

“What did you see?” Addy asked

“Scream 2” Taylor said “Its great”

“ Tay aren’t you forgetting something?” I said. That jerk saw it with her. Tay just stood there looking puzzled.

“You promised to see it with me” I told him. “ Oh that’s right! Chloe`, I’m so sorry, I guess I just forgot, I’m so sorry” He said.

“That’s alright” I said, even though I was really angry.

“Chloe`, I’m just going to get some money of Lydia, I’ll meet you back here” Addy said and ran off. Addy’s sister Lydia worked at a clothes shop somewhere in the mall.

“So what movie are you seeing?” Tay asked.

“Well, Addy wanted to see Scream 2, but I had promised to see it with you, and I said no because I keep promises” I said Sarcastically, even though I meant it. Why was I getting so cut up about it! Its just a stupid movie!!!

“I’m sorry Chloe`!” Tay said. I’d made him feel guilty. Good! Why are you doing this Chloe`! I said to myself, its just a movie! Grow up!

“Its alright Tay, I was kidding, were seeing I know what you did last summer” I told him.

“Guys, can you hold these for me” Rikki said, holding a shopping bag in Tay’s face and a Coke in mine, “My shoelace is undone’

“ Sure” Tay said as he grabbed the bag, and I grabbed the coke. She did up her shoelace and took her shopping bag from Taylor.

“ Well, we’d better go” Tay said “Seeya” he said and left the store.

“So Chloe``, how’s your boyfriend” Rikki smugly said. Oh look Bitchy Rikki’s up.

“Why don’t you tell me, you seem to be spending a lot of time with him” I said.

“ He’s good” She smirked “Kissed him last night”

“YOU WHAT!!” I screamed!

“ Seeya” She said proudly and then threw her coke on the light blue dress in front of me, dropping the cup and then running out of the store giving me the finger. What a cow!
