Terms such as "healing crisis" and "detox" will not be unfamiliar to you, if you have ever fasted or taken any kind of deep cleanse formula. You will remember the headaches, the bad breath, the nausea, the bowel situation, etc. These same types of physical cleanse symptoms quite often happen when a person starts using the Intrasound products, and particularly the Intrasound powder, since it is ingested.The very first thing that often happens is that our suppressed immune system is awakened. Then, that natural warrior impulse within us looks around at all the waste in our bodies and immediately attempts to rid us of it, all at once! This is why I started very low on the powder and then, only after I'd been using the gel for a while. I didn't want to overwhelm my system.
In the beginning, I had some headaches and some heartburn. I also had periods of heartburn, nausea, and aching in my joints and muscles. These detoxification symptoms dissipated over time and were helped immensely with drinking lots of water, particularly more often during the day. The concept of a physical detoxification may not be new to you. What may be unfamiliar is the concept of that same type of "healing crisis" occurring on emotional, mental and spiritual levels. Because Intrasound is based on frequency and vibration, it finds those areas within us that are congested and it creates a stirring up and moving out of what has hindered us on any level. There is no proof of this, but I KNOW it because it happened to me and countless others.
Since starting on the powder and gel, and later the enzymes, I have gone through several intense emotional clearings and clearing of old behavior patterns which had not been healed. Though these times were tough, I felt so much better after they were cleared that I was grateful for the experience to move them out.
