" Nowadays computer questioning is in very poor condition. Schools still use the primitive BASIC programs for questioning. The home quizzes and psychology tests are usually the separate programs, independently developed for each test, without any editors and standard file format. This branch of computer usage appears to be unautomated. The questioning programs are quite different from each other, as it was under DOS before Windows was created. Quizzer Technology provides the standard file format, developing technology and user interface so that it overcome these problems."  Artyom Plouzhnikoff, the author of the Quizzer.
