I wear many hats. I am a full-time student attending Baker Online out of Michigan and work full time at Glen Raven Custom Fabrics. My mystery shopping is all done on the weekends and during lunch hour, when I'm not working out. I love coordinating activities and am always active and busy. My hobbies include: the net, shopping, meeting new people, listening to music, going to the movies, bowling, and anything else that fits the moment. I started the group site and newsletter to help mystery shoppers and to connect with others. We welcome any ideas that you may have and would love your participating in our group/newsletter.

I'm into the early second century of my life (don't tell anyone, lol.... I secretly think I'm 37!), married three years March 31 to my Champion, Rich, mother of Lina, grandmother (Babcia) of Paige and Desirae, and mother-in-law of Heath. Tory and Sweetie, my pups, and Spirit, my cat, think I'm their mommy, too.
I began my career as a psychiatric nurse at Yale New Haven Hospital, returned to school for my degree in early childhood development/education and taught for several years, then moved into my career as a journalist, writing feature and news articles for a local newspaper. I continue to write as a freelancer. I've been mystery shopping since the early 1980s, mostly for fun, and over the last 8 years have done so in earnest. I shop eastern Connecticut, from the Mass. border to the shoreline, west to Hartford, and occasionally parts of Mass., and R.I.
I joined Lori's Undercover Shopper site in its infancy and before long was invited to be Assistant Manager of the site and writer for the newsletter. I currently write the Humor section for the newsletter.
I'm crazy about faeries, Betty Boop, crystal (especially prysms), really ~ anything that sparkles (I think I was a crow in a former life, lol); winter and snow (hmmm, maybe I was a sled dog...) and copper.

Well, a little bit about myself! I have lived in KS all my life. I have 3 kids and I have been married for almost 3 years. I started shopping right after my 3rd child was born because I wanted to be able to stay home and this has given me the opportunity to do so! I have a loving husband who supports me and 3 kids who love to shop! =o) I stumbled into my position with this WONDERFUL group! I told Lori I could sell some ads for her! I never believed that this would take off like it has! It is wonderful to be a part of such a wonderful organization of people. I moved to NC three and a half years ago from GA and met my soulmate here! We are now very happily married and share two kids - one boy, one girl - both 11 years old, and 2 birds (Lovebirds, actually)! We both work full-time and I recently started mystery shopping as a source of savings for our "dream vacations" (...or emergency funds - whatever comes first!!!). We love everything about life - music, sports, travel - and love doing EVERYTHING together, even the shopping (yes, my husband loves to shop!).
