COLD/ERM
(Enterprise Report Management) Services -
An organization that Services generates a substantial
amount of information on a mainframe or networked
system is most likely also generating reams of invoices,
greenbar reports, receipts or other records. The overhead
for generating and maintaining these files is significant.
CTI's COLD/ERM services
eliminate the need and expense to maintain paper files
or COM (Computer Output to Microfiche) for computer
generated reports. CTI
can download print files from a primary information
system, automatically index them into a database,
and store the data on opticals or CD ROM. COLD/ERM
stores data efficiently with all of the advantages
of electronic archiving and provides easy, transparent
access to important data. When a COLD/ERM file is
opened, a forms overlay permits viewing transaction
documents in their original form, such as letters
on letterhead or invoices on a business form. EBCDIC,
METACODE, AFP and Adobe PostScript can be converted
for COLD/ERM applications, storing up to 500,000 pages
per CD- ROM.
