Provider Guardians take a lot of responsibility onto themselves to ensure the fullest potential of health and welfare is being achieved by the ones around them. They are extremely conscious of the feelings of the people around them and go the extra mile to make sure everyone is doing okay. Besides being sympathetic to the feelings of others, Provider Guardians are significantly sensitive to how people perceive them. This sensitivity to other’s opinions makes them more self-conscious than other types. Because of their common personal criticism, an ESFJ will more readily react to encouragement, rather than criticism, even if it is constructive. Communication is key factor to Provider Guardians, and they pride themselves on being cooperative and efficient with others. Provider Guardians take it upon themselves to protect their closest relationships from any harm and are able to approach just about anyone to see how they are doing. ESFJs are quick to like and dislike what they feel strongly about, as well as make their feelings about such feelings known. They value service to others, social values, nurturing others, order, tolerance, loyalty, and affiliation. Provider Guardians tend to put the things and people they love at high levels in their lives but are also bold to show the people that they disapprove of that they do not support their ways. Their outgoing, caring, and mellow personalities make them pleasant to be around. They make up over ten percent of the populations and ESFJs tend to be better with people than other types and have a knack for organization, leadership, and honesty.
The workplace is an ideal place for Provider Guardians. They have a natural capacity for effective teamwork and are also known for keeping the harmony within a group. ESFJs have a great memory that serves positively to everyone around them. Their strengths are in people-to-people jobs such as teachers, coaches, social workers, office workers, as well as the heads to various church, business, and social groups. They are extremely sociable and rarely are at the center of a conflict at their workplace. In fact, because Provider Guardians show a great deal of dedication and contribution, they tend to be accepted by just about everyone. Provider Guardians are pleasant as hosts and hostesses for they are sincerely concerned with their guests needs being met. They keep their eyes open and are constantly keeping up speed to what others are doing around them. In conclusion, ESFJs are a great asset to any workplace and will almost guarantee success, for they put their all into everything they do.
ESFJs are said to be warm-hearted, talkative, popular, conscientious, born cooperators, and active committee members. They need harmony and may be good at creating it. They are always doing something nice for someone and work best with encouragement and praise. They have little interest in abstract or technical subjects. Their main interests surround things that directly and visibly affect people’s lives.

The number one aspect that Inspector Guardians or ISTJs are known for is their careful inspection of people and things around them. They are the guardians of institutions and are known to be extremely reliable sources. Inspectors tend to like uniforming ways and seeing to it that the people and things they are responsible for, fit that mold. They expect those around them to maintain certain standards of both speech and action. ISTJs are rather quiet and to the point kind of people who despise complicated and glitzy speech, dress, and environment. They are overall pretty simple in everything they do as well as down to earth and humble. Their environments tend to be clean, with a place for each object. Their simple taste is maintained throughout their lives and they prefer little change in times. Inspector Guardians automatically display an image of trustworthiness and stability through their eye for important detail.
An Inspector’s place in the work field falls under the administration of goods and services. They are good at handling difficult situations and in fact, pretty much do it with ease. They are extremely loyal and dependable therefore making great bank tellers, auditors, accountants, and tax attorneys. They tend to treat another’s belongings as their own and would never dream of giving advice that they too would not take. Inspectors make good business people in jobs found in the medical field and military jobs, as well as law and education fields.
ISTJs are said to be serious, quiet, and who earn success through concentration and thoroughness. They are practical, orderly, and a matter of fact type of personality. They also tend to be logical, realistic, and very dependable. ISTJs see to everything as being organized and enjoy taking responsibility. They make up their own minds as to what should be accomplished and work towards it steadily, regardless of distraction or protest.

The key aspect to a Supervisor Guardian or ESTJ, is following the rules whole heartedly. They are always observing others to see to it that the rules and standards are being upheld, or the straying party will face punishment. They are bold in the sense of letting others know if they approve or not and are often stunned when the subject being judged seems ungrateful for their blunt opinions are known. ESTJs go by experience and nothing else. They tend to ignore imagination and speculation when keeping their feet firmly planted on the ground. If anyone fools around in a Supervisor’s presence, they most likely will be let known their behavior is not welcome. ESTJs are serious, to the point kind of people who have a firm and unbreakable belief and faith in set rules and regulations, but are generous with giving their attention and effort to the one’s who appreciate it.
Supervisors often belong to a variety of society related groups. They actively participate with their presence and voice while they enjoy being members of a group. Some concerns of an ESTJ are upholding a solid society, morality dwindling, traditions being lost, as well as standards being ignored or broken. A supervisor doesn’t seem to like much change in that of a group they are in. They see it pointless to detach one’s self from the group but rather give all of their dedication to their cause and beliefs. Supervisors are ideal leaders and would therefore make effective entrepreneurs and bosses in various positions. But if that were the case, their employees would have to get used to their obsession with rules and regulations.
ESTJs are said to be practical, realistic, matter of fact, with a natural knack for business or mechanics. They are never interested in subjects that they see no use for, but can apply themselves when absolutely necessary. ESTJs like to organize and run various activities. They may make good administrators, especially when they remember to consider the feelings and points of view of others.

The most important aspect to life for a Protector Guardian or ISFJ, is to be of assistance to others. Protectors tend to see to a person’s safety and security, and are not satisfied until that is essentially achieved. They focus a great deal on protecting and sustaining the safety of their family, friends and workplace. Protector Guardians find immense pleasure in helping people with problems and go about doing so modestly. They are not as talkative and as outgoing as Providers, but can chat until the end of time, about everything, with people whom they are comfortable with. The Protector is often mistaken for being stiff and cold when it is just that they are shy towards people they do not know. This shyness is in fact a sign of sincerity and seriousness of a situation. Despite their misconnected images, Protectors are actually warm-hearted and sensitive, as well as generous. When given a task to complete, Protectors will go the distance to make sure it is completed thoroughly. Outside, a protector is a picture of seriousness, but inside is a picture of gentle and giving ways.
The workplace for a Protector Guardian is a place where they can show their seriousness and dedication. They are willing to work long hours for people even without receiving a thank you. Protectors tend to work alone more frequently because they are so comfortable with it. They tend to prefer doing things themselves rather than being in authority telling others what to do. Their top career fields seem to be jobs that deal with conservation such as curators, private secretaries, librarians, police officers, and various jobs within the medical field.
ISFJs are said to be quiet, friendly, responsible, and conscientious and work hard to meet their obligations. They lend steadily to any project or group and are thorough, painstaking, and a lot of the time, accurate. Sometimes ISFJs need to master technical subjects, as their interests don’t include technical things. They are patient with detail and routine, as well as loyal and considerate. ISFJs are also very concerned with how the people around them feel.

MY MYSERS-BRIGG RESULTS:
After taking the Myers-Brigg Test I turned out to be a true ESFJ Guardian Provider. My main concern has always been people and I love helping anyone and everyone out that I can. I am quick to show the people I disapprove of that I don’t like their ways and the ones I love are placed on pedestals. I am outgoing and am almost always successful at keeping harmony constant. I am extremely sensitive to the opinion of others and am pretty hard on myself a lot of the time. I love talking to people and am an immensely open communicator and I am constantly making sure everyone is doing okay.I am always hammering people with questions when they talk to me. I am known for my many questions to every one thing that was said. I believe in being honest and getting to the point right away, I don’t like wasting any time where I could be helping someone. Often times I put others before myself, and end up getting burned for it, but I continue to do it nonetheless. I concentrate on reality instead of the “what if” aspect that some are so fascinated with and uphold my beliefs and morals, most of the time. I believe in getting to the point, having extreme relevance to everything you say, and to be able to defend you position. Being an ESFJ is an enjoyable thing and it pretty much makes life pretty easy. It’s basically honesty with a little sympathy on the side, or nothing!
