This my friends is the place to come if you quiet possibly missed anything on the Old Skool page. You will find items that have been on the old skool page in this area so you can like me relive memories of grand old days.
First will be a piece on the New Kids On The Block the biggest band of the early 90's. They had such hits as Step by Step, The Right Stuff and Hangin Tough. Jordan, Joseph, Jonathon, Donnie(brother of Mark Wahlberg) and Danny made up New Kids on The Block. On a trip to our very own Melbourne they were given the key to the city a very rare honour for a band. Well from memory every girl wanted them and every guy wanted to be them. They had style i had all their tapes but in an unplanned clean out of my room they along with my MC Hammer, Vanilla Ice and Marky Mark tapes got thrown out. There fame was shortlived like other behemoths of the time so sad it is.
Donnie used to make his hotel room into a home away from home. He always had plenty of bottled of water, apple juice and milk stored in his hotel room minibar. Donnie also used some of his free time to daydream. He often thought about what it would be like to stop all the wars in the world, and what he could do to make the world a better place to live...
If only we had role models like him nowadays the world would be a better place for all to live in. But then again his brother is Mark Wahlberg of Marky Marky and the Funky Bunch fame.
