Project management.

Project management of multidisciplinary projects, grass-root and modernization, involves: process, civil, piping, structural, electrical and instrumentation engineering; from tendering and conceptual design up to commissioning and start-up.  

Software:  Primavera - Project Planner, Microsoft - MS Projects, Primavera - Suretrak  and others.

Planning and control of:

Work activities, Resources, Finances budgets and cash-flow, Quality Management, Procurement,  Expediting and Time of execution.

 

Project Risk Analysis.

 

Assesses vulnerabilities in project plans that may lead to significant production and/or quality problems. Prioritizes potential problems according to likelihoods and severities. Examines the completeness and readiness of project for minimizing the impacts of problems that do occur. Produces recommendations for controlling loss exposure. Addresses risks of missing schedules, overrunning budgets, and not satisfying project objectives. Includes life-cycle cost analyses for key project decisions.

Project Communications.

Construction Supervision and "as build" documentation.

Supervision of, construction and commissioning of civil, piping, structural, electrical and process control systems for chemical, petro-chemical, oil refinery factories and mining plants. Preparation of "as-build" documentation.
