Hiei's Stats
Bio: A character which has a tendency to shift from being a hero into an antagonist and vice versa. Short, black-clad, spiky haired Hiei fits that position in the Reikai Tantei. But though he has the heart of ice, portrays the coldest attitude, sharp and tough, Hiei wasn't shown in pure evilness. He was, like some enemies, a victim of consequences, of betrayal and abandonment. Hiei is a koorime born on the ice land with a twin sister named Yukina. Also called the fire demon, he was regarded an outcast simply because he was considered a bad omen being born in an image totally opposite that of the tribe. Growing up in the wilds with a horde of thieves, Hiei developed a sense cruelty and roughness. After losing his pearl necklace, Hiei asked Shigure to implant a jagan on his forehead. This is usually covered with a white bandanna and proved to be very useful not only in locating objects but also in controlling his fire dragon power. Also, with his third eye that he found his home town. Upon knowing his mother's death and the existence of his twin sister, Hiei decided to search for her. This would lead him to Ningenkai where he met Kurama. At the last chapter of the series, he was offered the right hand position in Mukuro's camp in Makai. He accepted the offer and fought a number of class A youkais as a test. He was seriously injured by Shigure but Mukuro revived him. He lost to her in the Makai tournament but had succesfully freed her of her past. In the end, he chose to to stay in Makai with her and work with a team of youkais who takes care of humans who, for one reason or another, ended up wandering in Makai.
