Sam is Chris' favorite uncle, who leads the speed team in persuit of high spped criminals. He dosn't live at the Thorndyke house though. Sam loves going fast as much as Sonic! He had raced Sonic and tried to catch him, but to no avail. In most recent episodes they have gotten onto goot terms with one another, and Sam help them out when he can.
