The following rules will be enforced by the president and vice president’s
1. Respect all members in the club.
2. Respect other club members.
3. Offer encouragement and support to members.
4. Help other members in the club.
5. If you need to speak at a meeting raise your hand.
6. If there is a conflict with another car club or its members let the president and/or vice-president know.
7. If there is a conflict within the club, bring it up in a meeting or talk to leadership.
8. stickers must be purchased within three months of vote in date.
9. Probation lasts for two months, after the two months the club will need to vote on your membership.
10. If you cannot attend a meeting or club function you must call the point of a contact person for the club four hours or more prior to the event.
11. Club T-shirts are only to be worn by Club members & family.
12. Duesare to be paid the first meeting of each month.
13. Every member must participate in all club events.
14. If you are terminated or decide to leave the club,you must give back the rim’s T-shirts etc.
15. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion.
16.All cars must obey the law and have valid license and insurance to show at events.
17. Do not bring personal business into the club business
18. No racing with children in the vehicle.
To Join:
1. Must be willing to participate at all events attended by the club.
2. Must be able to attend weekly meetings
3. Must be able to purchase club sticker and T-shirt within three months from vote in date..
4. Must wear club T-shirt to club events except meetings.
5. Must provide secretary copy of photo i.d..
6. Must provide secretary with one good quality photo of yourself and at least one photo of vehicle for club album and website.
Vehicle Requirements:
1. Vehicles must be in running condition.
2. Under construction is allowed.
3. Vehicles must have club sticker on display at all times.
4. All vehicles must be legal if participating with the club.
Dues:
Dues will be 10.00 per month, the cost is the same if you are single or married
1. There will be a late notice sent and all dues that are not paid before 30 days past due will have a 5.00 surcharge added.
2. Payment can be cash or check
3. Receipts will be given for dues paid.
4. Dues will be used for club expenses.
5. Club expenses will be approved by member vote
