Introduction

The dark Moon Commandos are an elite group of mercenaries operating throughout the galaxy around the time of the Yuuzhan Vong War. They work for well-paid jobs, needing an efficient touch. However, they are currently unemployed due to lack of money in the galaxy as the gripping War rocks the very foundation of the Galaxy. They operate from a modified Accumulator class vessel originally encountered in the Clone Wars. They also use many of the support craft that were commonly seen alongside the accumulator for ground assault missions such as the LAAT/i. The group is mainly made up of anyone with a military or combat background, who is capable of handling the most vigorous assignments.

Equipment

The vehicles and vessels that the Dark Moon Commandos use are mainly made up off modified Clone trooper equipment.

LAAT/I

The standard atmospheric used by the D.M.C. is the LAAT/i. IT’s armament includes 3 anti-personnel laser turrets, 4 Composite-beam laser turrets, 8 light air-to-air rockets and 2 mass-driver missile launchers. All these help to create an impressive ground force.

Despite using a lot of standard equipment the D.M.C. have no set uniform and members may customise their own armour and weaponry. This allows D.M.C. to operate with a wide spread of weaponry and members can use the weapons they are most familiar with and therefore can work more efficiently

All this and more including, high class training and fully equipped troops help to make the Dark Moon Commandos an impressive fighting force in the outer regions of the galaxy.
