RESPONSIBILITIES

CHAD	Manages overall projects and company direction and organization. Personally over the Backpack project
DAN	Assists in distributing info to the rest of the members. Assists in procurement for projects and manages accounting/finance. Personally over Elizabethan collar and blood labels. Pursuing mining sensors project
DAVE	Review all technical data relevant to projects. Personally over Gerontology related research, also researching blood label designs
BROOKS	Performs market analysis and designs sales plans
JED	Contributor. Expert at finding and procuring funding. Personally over research in ML Real Estate
DAX	Contributor. Various manufacturing ideas. Source for FAA contracting
MAT	Contributor. Rocketry resource, specifically solid and hybrid. Assist in developing test platform for rocket related projects

Conditions for Contributors

• Contributors are not obligated to assist CMP.
• Contributors are compensated according to their contribution (either from time, idea, or financing).
• Contributors are not entitled to any remmuneration or compensation for profit from CMP gained without their input.
• All issues, projects, ect. that are mentioned by CMP's members or contributors become the trade secrets of CMP.
