Here you will find my photographs and observations on the Burlington Northern - Santa Fe railroad in Springfield, Missouri. If you are like me, you do not get out as much as you would like and do not see nearly all of this country that you would like to. This is a very exciting period for the BNSF. Because it is still in transition from its former Burlington Northern and Santa Fe components, you can find locomotives painted in a varitey of schemes. Using the internet, I can take you on a virtual railfan tour of Springfield as I have seen it in the past few years.
