Terrorists of all sordid types exist - despicable vermin who demonically take out their grievances caused by their own wickedness on innocent people and/or the property of innocent people who had absolutely nothing to do with the terrorist and his self-concocted plight.
Sometimes too lazy to dependably stay on a steady job.....sometimes too vulgar or rude to continue on a good job....sometimes bored with too much time on their hands....all are breeding-ground excuses for mindless and irresponsible vandalism done to and against public and private property in the form of spray-painted graffiti. Not being able to adjust to the respectable of the community and accomodate to the gived-and-take legal cooperation of those within a clean-looking well-kept peaceful neighborhood, dogpissers try to make up for their own irrational underachievement and deliberately-ignorant stupidity by marking out what they presume is "their territory" by spray-painted scribblings of ridiculous sloppy nonsense on cement wall, pillars, signs, fences, utility boxes....anything they can rebelliously deface to disrupt and disturb humanity around them.
Sandblasting such poorly-lettered crap off of concrete structures takes long-term city-council deliberation and significant taxpayer funding. Merely brush or roller painting over the graffiti causes the structure to end up appearing with ugly blotches. "One sinner [certainly] destroys much good," as Solomon proverbially stated.
Such asinine-looking sloppy-hieroglyphic graffiti - similar to childishly-chalked scribbling which immature and non-disciplined children do on sidewalks and driveways - is NOT free-speech artistic expression...but instead obnoxious-eye-sore lunacy imposed by mentally-deficient idiots and imbeciles lacking both intelligence and moral scruples.
Though any nationality or race of vandals can be pinpointed who do such damage to public and private structures, gang-minded niggars certainly are one of them. And they truly are dirty NIGGARS in a genuine and rightly-deserved sense of the word - the kind of Negroes who give blacks and "Afro-Americans" a bad name. We're not talking about Clarence Thomas nor Ray Charles here...but instead damnable goofs who deserve the full wrath of cops and judges punishing with fines and jailtime (even execution against those who repeatedly persist in such terroristic vandalism). It is true that Asians could do some graffiti, but most of them respect their ancestors and the honored morality of such to do so. Hispanics are generally Catholic and so have been trained by the church to work hard and do right according to the Catholic Bible and godly Church traditions.
The words of the prophets do not have to be written on Si-and-Gar subway walls. The internet is open to all who have at least partial smarts to type e-mails plus both create and post free webpages. Have graffiti nitwits ever considered pen and paper, or thought of postage stamps with the Postal Service? Cannot graffiti-vandal niggars instead buy and use cellphones?
The gangs of the big cities (Chicago, New York, etc.) can deface their own houses and cars, but they need to learn the precepts of The HOLY BIBLE to refrain from destroying property in no way belonging to themselves. Proclaiming pertinent passages from Scripture publicly will go a long way in assisting police in preventing poopheads from painting their peculiar perniciousness on the property of the populace.
