As far as insuring those with pre-existing conditions, the reader and yours truly do understand of course that casinos exist to make at least a small profit, and jackpots are not predictably dispersed automatically to those who do not gamble for them.....nor are garage mechanics expected to play the chance game of paying repair bills of those who deliberately incapacite their vehicles however and whenever and thus being them in with pre-existing conditions connived by the recklessly irresponsible.
