"It" or "Them?"

"What makes consignment to death and eternal life or eternal death for most persons tolerable
is the immutable inevitability of them happening."

From what I understand, by means of the network cable television media, a recent 5-4 U.S. Supreme Court decision involved giving abstractions known as "corporations" or "businesses" permission to give limitless funding for political activism pertaining to donations to other abstractions known as "political parties" with political agendas....and give contributions to real humans comprising such political parties.

Humans like to group themselves together in all sorts of ways, by which the individuals lose their individual identity as particular persons but experience and gain the advantage of a brotherhood and sisterhood type of unity and fellowship in purpose and functioning while acquiring the protection of personless anonymity while hiding within the group.

Keep in mind that those concocted group abstraction names conceived by groups of like-minded individuals for themselves are often cooperatively recognized by other individuals not necessarily belonging to those of those other specific abstraction names.

Though humans cloak themselves together with an abstraction name, always remember that abstractions (i.e. corporations, business, clubs, associations, churches, lodges, commissions, sessions, vestries, boards, etc.) are not (like soul-less pets) going to either enjoy everlasting bliss in Heaven nor forever be tormented in the outer-darkness fire of Hell. In contrast, individual persons who (and not which nor that) make up the abstraction will experience eternal destinies in either state mentioned.

It is telling which five justices on the High Court supported the final ruling as stated, and which of the four justices did not support it. The sacred and admirable reputations of Roberts, Scalia, Alito, Thomas, and Kennedy are well known and acknowledged, in stark contrast to the questionable reputations of the remaining ones. Defensive good-guy Republicans supported the decision, while Obaminite demoncrats deplored it, and the election of Senator Brown of Massachusetts in the estimation of Obamination was "bad" in that now it will be much more difficult (if not impossible) to get Obamacare insurance overhaul shoved onto the American people, but "good" in that now Obamination has someone to blame for slowup or stoppage against Barack Hussein's non-solicited imposition of health-insurance chaos.

The IRS is capable of allowing or prohibiting both abstractions (like corporations) and individuals comprising those abstractions on a case by case basis.

And the IRS as an abstraction can be considered an "it" or instead a "them" consisting of agents of the abstraction.

What "the Supreme Court" (considered both a judicial abstraction as a whole and/or individual judges comprising that entire abstraction) decided in majority opinion was that abstractions (like the individuals comprising them) have First Amendment and other rights when it comes to donating and contributing to political-agenda-and-candidate-group abstractions and the individuals thereof.

Why was that such a good thing, instead of an evil thing?

When wolves or other predators attempt to target weak members of an animal species, the instinct is to herd together in a circular group, and by doing so the would-be attackers must wait for an opportunity in trying to single out one particular selection within that tight group, then strike to overpower it.

Most groupings of people within abstractions known as corporations are generally practical and multi-talented conglomerations of people who can pool their intellectual and monetary resources to counteract the counterproductive, subversive, or even diabolical intentions and actions of other people grouped within opposing abstractions like, for example, nefarious special-interest groups and detrimental political associations.

For example, the abstractions known as "National Right to Life" and "LifeNews" and "Minnesota Citizens Concerned for Life" are directly opposed and contrary to the goals and behaviors of Obama-supportive NARAL and the Abortion Rights League and what (plus: who) I term Planned Parentlessness and/or Planned Promiscuity.

Some of those claiming allegiance to Obama and his administration are anti-oil environmentalists with certain corporate abstraction titles, opposed to pro-oil corporate abstractions as (for instance) Koch Industries and Americans for Prosperity.

It is hard to nondiscriminately pin people within certain named abstractions down and hold each one individually responsible and punishable for overall wicked shenanigans and mischief. But also, it is equally hard to attack and destroy each person herded together for noble and worthy endeavors and accomplishments.

And those daily-dependable, hardworking, relatively-moral, and productively-sensible employees and management within most corporations within America are at least a fortunate balance if not crucial and vital antidote against the arrogant and insensitive tyranny of often-politically-corrupt czars of lunatic abortive-and-evolutionist tax-and-spend anti-Christianity-in-public individuals within or without abstractions, who are belligerant close-minded nutjobs - disguised within alphabet-lettered registered or non-registered abstraction names (such as ACORN).....who by simple majority got heartlessly-bureaucratic control over a substantial but oppressed, rather-decent and truly-patriotic, righteous minority.

When Senator Brown of Massachusetts was enthroned, we applauded. When House Speaker Nancy Pelosi is dethroned, we will sing for joy, while we prepare for the election of November 2010.
