MY FAVORITE THINGS

Good news in Detroit my friends. The Pistons have just defeated the Lakers to win the NBA championship. The Lions had one of the best drafts ever, on paper at least. The Tigers are having a much better season, and they have the players and depth to do even better. The only bad news is that the Red Wings lost in the second round, and they are extremely old and expensive. I think Detroit is on the path to success, especially with the Superbowl, MLB All-Star game, and the NCAA tournament coming up. Go Pistons! Go Lions! Go Tigers! Go Red Wings.

Congratulations to the 2004 Detroit Pistons for defeating the hated Lakers in 5 games. We are champions of the basketball world. Not only that Pistons fans, this team is young and hungry, so they have the ability to win it again. Hopefully we can get Rasheed and Memo to come back. If we do, be on the lookout for a repeat or even a three-peat. GO PISTONS!

MY FAVORITE LIONS PLAYERS

  • CHARLES ROGERS
  • ROY WILLIAMS
  • ROBERT PORCHER
  • JOEY HARRINGTON

Congratulations to Matt Millen, Steve Mariucci, and the entire Lions organazation for putting together the best team (on paper) that the Lions have had in a long time. I think the additions of first round picks Roy Williams(WR), and Kevin Jones(RB) were tremendous picks. Those new Lions along with newly added Brock Marion(S), Damien Woody(OL), and with Charles Rogers(WR)coming back have the LIons on the road to success. GO LIONS!

      MY FAVORITE TIGER PLAYERS
    • BRANDON INGE
    • BOBBY HIGGINSON
    • ERIC MUNSON
    • JEREMY BONDERMAN
Congratulations to Dave Dombrowski and Alan Trammel (don't forget about MIke Ilitch for finally giving the Tigers some money to spend) for building the best team we've seen in a loonnnggg time. THe additions of Pudge, Rondell White, and Carlos Guillen were all great moves. Hopefully Fernado Vina will come back soon, and Jason Johnson will continue to pitch well. GO TIGERS!
