%HOP Rules.

for those awarded the Half-Operator status for the channel it's not something taken lightly. as the saying goes. "with great power, comes even greater responsibility". basically if you misbehave or don't follow these rules, you will lose your Half-Operator status and probably not get it back for sometime.

If your HOP is taken off you and you make a BIG deal about it. PEDRO gets the final say, and if you annoy him, you most likely will never get it back.

1. Don't Bug Pedro. he has enough to worry about without people yelling at him and telling him what to do and check. His say is Final. if you need his attention. Leave him a msg and wait for his reply.

2. NO instant Kicks. A person deserves a chance. so give them 3 warnings. then De-Voice them for a couple of Minutes and Re-Voice them. After that if they continue to cause trouble or bug people. then a Kick.

3. NO BANNING. that should only be left to Pedro. if you believe someone is troubling enough that they should be banned. Inform Pedro and state a reason why and Pedro will look after it.
