Piccolo Rules

Here are the rules for Piccolo

  1. Piccolo dies
    What ever other person does (steal, finish off) still happens.
    Kiami dies or is finished off as well.
  2. Kiami dies
    Earth Dragonballs are inactive.
    Any move taught be Kiami that you are learning will be taken off and will have to start over when wished back.
  3. Piccolo Fuse
    Piccolo may not fuse with Kiami.
