1. How to get there.

1. You must be killed by a saga boss.
   • If you are finished off by the saga boss you must stay in HFLL for the four-teen days.
     
   • The fight will be graded by the webmasters to see if you are allowed in. The judgment stays.

2. How to travel there.

1. You must stay in the Check In/Out Station for one day. (You go straight there when killed)
2. You travel along alternate snake way to Kaio Shin’s

1. You can train there as long as you want.
   
2. You can become Mystic
   
   • Must do special deed for him.
     
     • Special deed does not include looking for the Portta Earrings.
       
3. You may get the Z Sword
   
   • Must be mystic
     
     • Must do deed for Kaio Shin.
       
       • Special deed does not include looking for the Portta Earrings.
         
4. Learn moves.

1. If becoming mystic you may not learn any moves till done.
2. If becoming mystic you may not look for the Portta Earrings till done
   
3. If looking for Portta Earrings you may not go mystic till done
   
4. If getting Z Sword you may not learn any moves till done
   
5. If getting Z Sword you may look for the Portta Earrings

1. If you leave you may not come back
   
2. You can not IT back to Kaio shins.
   
3. You may not take anyone with you to Kaio shins.
   
4. You may not IT anyone with you to Kaio shins.
