Due to the fact that every item is hand-poured, please allow 5-7 working days (Monday-Friday)for your order to be completed and shipped. You will receive notification when your order has shipped.
We take great pride in our premium quality products. We only purchase premium grade waxes, wicks & oils that have been tested extensively so that we may provide you with the longest burning, highly scented and safest candle possible.
In the case that you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order for a replacement or refund (not including shipping fees). Refunds and replacements are only issued after original products have been returned.
Please allow for variations in color. Since all candles and tarts are hand-poured, no two candles will be exactly alike. Returns and replacements will not be accepted based on color variations.Quantity in candles may also vary slightly but all candles have the minimum listed (i.e. an 8 oz. candle may have 8 ½ ozs.)instead of only 8 ozs., but ALL candles will have at least their listed quantity.
