After many hours in the theater and complications during labour, the doctor decided to use FOURSIP technique to direct the baby down through the hole. As you can see, the baby is slightly piss-off and shaken by the ordeal. There are a few marks on the baby's cheek but will dissipate in the coming days. All these shots were taken 5 mins straight after the success of the operation.
