Jacob is my wonderful boyfriend that I am going to marry someday;being next summer. Jacob, I love you with all of my heart and I know you are the one for me. You are so incrediably sweet and wonderful. You take care of me all of the time and you are just to good to me. I really thank God for you every single day, because you are my dream come true. I love you so much. I know this isn't much but I wanted to do a little something for you while you were at work to let you know I am thinking about you all of the time and that I love you, because you are wonderful and really a dream come true to me.
