This spacious condominium is located in the private community of Sengekontacket. On the border of Edgartown, in Oak Bluffs, this central location is ideal for your Martha's Vineyard vacation! Tennis courts are available for all guests, as well as canoeing or swimming in the private association's fresh water pond. Nearby are all the beaches, nature and bike trails, golf courses, and restaurants to make your next vacation special. On the first level of the condominium is a fully equipped kitchen, living room with television and VCR, dining area, sitting area with futon couch, half bath with laundry facilities, and a private deck with charcoal grill facing the back woods. On the second level is the master bedroom with walk-in closet, full bath, and linen closet. The third level loft provides two twin beds and closet. There is parking for two cars. Rentals are weekly, generally Sunday to Sunday, with check in at 2 PM, and check out at 10 AM. Discounts may be given for rentals of multiple weeks. Stays less than a full week can be negotiated.
