Maple View Homes begins and ends with family....our family to your family.

The company started out using the resources of very talented people each doing
their part to create what is now an elite staff of architects, designers, builders, coordinators, and realtors ready and waiting to make your dream home a reality.

Bruce and Melinda D'Amico founded and developed Maple View Homes.

Bruce is the chief site coordinator, monitoring each project and site from start to
finish. He meets with clients, arranges for client tours of their home in progress, provides ongoing updates of the time table for completion, consults with the client concerning final adjustments during construction, orders the home package,
arranges for customization of building package, site preparation, sub-contractors,
and all other areas of the company report to him.

Melinda coordinates all office operations, meets with clients during the selection process...outlining every option from roofing to flooring, color to texture, location
to landscaping. Melinda is a New York State Licensed Realtor and is able to
either personally assist you in the selection of your building site or refer you to a
real estate specialist in the area you are interested in building your home. Melinda
also maintains and updates our website.

Bruce and Melinda have four children aged 3 years to 19 years old.
