The houses of Villa Regina are situated just outside the village of Skala, right at the sea, in a quiet position. Skala is a coastal village in the south of Kefalonia, at about 30 kilometer south of the capitol Argostoli, and it is close to two of the prettiest beaches of the island: the beach of Kaminia (6 km long) and the beach of Skala (also 6 km long and concidered one of the prettiest beaches on the island of Kefalonia). The beach of Skala is spread out along the village of Skala itself, and here, around the village you will also find the facilities (taverna's, shops, parasols, sunbeds). A bit more down the beach it gets more quiet and the umbrellas and sunbeds stop, leaving room to put down your towel. The beach of Skala is a clean and wide beach (Blue flag award).

Villa Regina is a small individual complex with 8 one-room-apartments. In each apartment there are two beds (a double bed is also possible). They are in a quiet place directly at the sea, on a 2 kilometer distance of the village of Skala. From the apartments you have a beautiful view of the blue sea. They are modernly decorated and there is a possiblity to cook your own meal. The bathrooms a;; have a shower and a hairdryer. The bedrooms are large and if wanted an extra bed can be placed in them. They have airconditioning and television and each apartment has got a terrace. They are placed close to several sand and pebble beaches, and they are surrounded by a communal garden and a large terrace (400 m2), a bbq and parkingfacilities. They are well suited for couples (also with a child) or for people in love, that are looking for peace, romance and privacy. In the village of Skala there are banks, a first aid post, police station, restaurants, a pharmacy and shops.
