You move at speeds of 40+ (lvl(after 1)*7) mph. You also get a +4 Dodge. It takes 1/4 max speed rounds/10 to stop. When you stop you skid at a speed equal to 1/2 you max speed.
This effect is reduced to 1/4 max speed at level 15 and to 1/16 max speed at level 20.
