DC of 10 + 1 /2 levels (of Yeller) negates deafness and cuts damage in 1/2. A deaf person loses 4 iniative points and fails all Listen checks.
At level 10, Sonic Yell can be used as 1st level flight and this trend continues each level (thus a level 20 character with Sonic Yell has an effective flight level of 10.)
