You can "read" what people are feeling emotional. If you want to manipulate those emotions (through either a form of telepathic channel or pheromones) you must beat 10+their Will mod. (± your Cha mod.).
You may either roll randomly or pick the emotion you wish.
all effects last 1d4 rounds
1. Love - The subject falls in love with a person of your chosing. They must be near this person, they will not attack them and will harm any who attack their love.
2. Fear - The subject flees for 1d4 rounds.
3. Confidence - The subject gains +2 to Will
4. Hate - The subject must attack a person of your chosing until a) the subject dies b) their victim dies or c) the effect wares off (they get +2 to Strength -4 to DR when in this state)
5. Sorrow - The subject is too depressed to move, if a 20 on a 1d20 is rolled the character will attempt suicide (Narrator's discresion)
6. Joy - The subject gains +2 Constitution
A willing subject may drop mental barriers dropping the DC to break to 10.
An Empath can not affect another Empath within three levels above him or herself with emotional control. An Empath can not affect a robot (because a organic brain is needed) and can not affect a cyborg with an electronic brain.
7. Pity - The subject will not harm a specified peron.
