Underground Base - +70 Secrecy
Earth Orbiting Base - +80 Secrecy
Pocket Dimension - +50 Secrecy

Home turfs are assumed to have the basics: Refridgerator, Lighting, Running water, Shower, Sinks, Chairs, TV's, VCR's or DVD's etc. etc.

Superheroing extras such as containment rooms (not many homes have these), convrence room with holographic imagry (nor these), medical room (nor these) at a cost of $6,000; $10,000; $25,000 each.

A private Security force costs per head:

Low Equip - (aut. pistol) $395 to start + $800/mon. (+1/2 security/head)

Med. Equip - (rep. rifle, Kevlar vest, 5 gernades, health plan) $1,345 to start + $2000/mon. (+1 security/head)
