The Narrator is the one who controls all minor characters (Those characters not controlled by another living person, from Mr. Newman, the grocery shop owner to Dr. Destructus, evil supervillian). He or she also comes up with the stories and situations for the game. He or she should have a vivid imagination and a way with words. (A vivid imagination for the other players wouldn't hurt either.)
