Hotbars are desktop enhancements for your Internet Explorer and Netscape browsers. (excluding Netscape 6.0). If this is your first time using browswer skins, you will be asked if you would like to install Hotbar. It takes no time at all, and it's really, really, easy.
Then you simply choose which skin you want by clicking on it. It will automatically appear on your browser like this:
Go ahead and try different ones. If you find one that you think someone you know would like, click the send button. Try this one!
Use the skin control center to switch back and forth between the hotbars that you've chosen.
