 | Library cards are free of
charge. |
| You must live in the East
Baton Rouge Parish.

| Bring a parent or legal
guardian with you for signature and ID. |
| You need to have proof of
where you live. |
| You will have to sign your
name on the form and library card.

Patron Responsibilities
| If you
are age 8 and under an adult or mature teenager must be with you.
|
| Bring
your library card when you visit. You must have your card to check out
materials.
|
| If you
lose your card, let us know. You will be held responsible for all items
borrowed on your card up to the time that you notify us.
