They are generally in need of some repair and no disclosure
of their condition is available. These homes can be an excellent
investment if you are willing to apply a little elbow grease
to renovate the home.
This
area also provides a complete listing of homes offered for sale
by the Department of Housing and Urban Development. These properties
are foreclosed properties that were acquired for a variety of
reasons, from taxes to bank foreclosures. Foreclosure properties
are excellent for investment or for someone who is a handy at
home repair. The availability of these properties must be checked
daily prior to showing. These properties do not show up as a
pending sale even if they are under contract. They only post
as closed once the home sale is closed. |

in the multi-listing service. Mobile homes that are in parks
cannot, but the lot number and park are listed on this site. |
