Do you think Tintin always wears the same looking clothes? Are the clothes he's wearing in picture above to the right what he always wears? Or the clothes on the picture to the left, above (in Tintin and the Picaros)? Well, think again! Right now there are 16 pictures here that will prove my point.Check out Tintin's Arabic desert clothes from two different occasions.
And here's the uniform Tintin had to wear when he is forced to enlist in an Arabian town.
Here Tintin dresses for the cold weather as he searches for his friend Chang in the Himalayas.
Ah, here we have Tintin dressed like the Chinese in royal blue as he walks through Shanghai.
When Tintin has a plane crash in Scotland it shreds the clothes he's wearing. He and the plane pilot stay the night in an old man's home who happens to have some traditional Scotish clothes for Tintin to wear.
Here Tintin disguises as an old man to keep the Thompsons from arresting him. Unfortunatly Snowy ruins everything by chasing a cat and Tintin has to make a run for it.
Here are both Tintin and Captain disguised like Joly Folies so them and the "Picaros" can meet General Tapioca ususpected and make him give the country back to General Alcazar. It better be worth it if they had to dress like that!
This is how Tintin dressed when he was staying at the King's palace in India. Hey, he did save the Maharaja of Gaipajama's son.
This was Tintin's disguise when he was following Professor Calculus' kinappers with Calculus (he was in some sort of a trance) through Peru.
Tintin, Captain and Calculus were all made to wear this type of outfit when they were going to be sacrificed to the Sun god by the Incas. He's about to be sacrificed and he's smiling?! Oh yes, he must have a plan.
This disguise is provided by Senhor Oliveira so Tintin could get into Professor Smith's (formally known as Dr. Muller) house to rescue Prince Abdullah.
This here is one of my favorite disquises Tintin has worn. Hard to believe that's him and Captain (Tintin's to the right and Captain's to the left). The reason they had to disquise themselves is so they could get Calculus back from his kidnappers without being recognized.
Here Tintin's dressed for the wild west! He's dressed for the occasion and fits in with the rest of the cowboys. Yee-haw!
Tintin is hard to recognize in this disquise. He looks just like a lady and fooled the Thompsons (whom he was hiding from). They even asked him if he'd seen Tintin and Tintin went and made up a story about himself leaving the train so he could get rid of the two detectives.
Here's Tintin in China dressed as the general. This was the only way he could get through the border since he was wanted by the police.
And below it shows him taking off the disquise.
