My name is Andrew, I am 7 years old and live in a town called Wrexham which is in North Wales, UK.  I have 2 brothers, Matthew who was 2 in October 2002 and Daniel who was born on 27th September 2002.  As well as my brothers I live with my Mum and Dad, our two dogs, Sam and Mustard, a cat called Barney and a Goldfish called Dennis.

My Hobbies

I enjoy playing football and my favourite player is David Beckham.  I really enjoy reading, my favourite author is Enid Blyton who wrote the Famous Five and Secret Seven. 

My school and my friends

Up until September I went to Hafod Y Wern Infant school, my teacher was Mrs Hughes.  We learnt all about William Shakespeare and my favourite topic of all was "Around the World in 80 days" where we pretended to visit the countries along the way and learn about their different cultures.  While at the infants I participated in lots of activities that involved dressing up.

Here we are on March 1st which is the day we celebrate St David, the patron saint of Wales.  We dress up in the Welsh national costume and sing traditional songs and have a competition called an "eisteddfod".

I now go to Hafod Y Wern Junior school and my teacher is Mrs Jones.  Every Monday I go to  Gymnastics and Tuesday after school I play football which is fun.  My best friends are Bobby and Layton.

My favourite events

One of my favourites was my seventh birthday party.  Another of my favourites was when my favourite group Blazin' squad came to Wrexham Christmas Lights Switch on and I got to meet them backstage.  In January Matthew and myself are going to Florida, we are really looking forward to meeting Buzz Lightyear again.
